Hi there, Software Mansion here – the team behind React Native Reanimated, Gesture Handler, Screens, and more.
We’re so happy this edition of the State of React Native Survey has landed across your (virtual) desk!
2025 was a big one, with all the major architectural changes that the community was building up to over the last few years finally coming to fruition. New architecture is at 80% adoption now, enabling new possibilities across many libraries. The ecosystem continues to mature, solving or at least improving in a major way on the most common pain points from last year (such as debugging).
We’re incredibly happy to see the survey used more and more throughout the community.
First off, as a valuable resource for developers wishing to remain at the forefront of React Native, utilizing all the latest tools and keeping up to date on best practices.
Perhaps more importantly, it guides the direction of the ecosystem by helping contributors in two ways: tracking adoption and sentiment of changes already introduced, and helping us plan future improvements based on community feedback.
Thanks to all of you who shared and submitted the survey, and if you decide to share these results as well.
We hope this year’s results prove equally insightful, and we are excited to share the 2025 edition of the largest React Native community survey. Happy reading!
